I don’t usually go for ‘cute’ stamps but there is something about these otters, a free Saleabration stamp set.
I created this fun little card using free Saleabration dsp Simply Marbleous as well as the Awesome Otter set. The grass is a stamp from Wildflower Path.
The card base is 4 inches square with a square of Early Espresso card stock just a little smaller. I chose the Balmy Blue dsp which looks just like a cloudy sky and stamped my otter on to it, I then stamped the grass several times.
On a piece of white card I stamped the otter again which I have fussy cut, and coloured with Soft Suede, Crumb Cake and Ivory Stampin’ Blends and some more grass stamped over his lower half.
The sentiment has been cut using the Mesages die and I have added cocktail sticks (tooth picks) as those little otter hands are perfectly positioned to hold a banner.
A couple of dimensionals have been used to stick the banner to the card.
I had a lot of fun making this card, I now need to make two more little cards using the other otter images.
