This is my first play with the Elephant Parade bundle, it's sooooo cute!
My card is for this week’s Global Design Project sketch challenge #GDP366 .
I only received the bundle this weeks, it's been jumping on and off of my wish list for ages but now that I have it, I don't know why I waited so long.
I started by choosing the elephant I wanted to use and then stamped and die cut him and a load of leaf pieces. I coloured with Stampin' Blends, Smoky Slate and Petal Pink for the elephant, Soft Succulent, Mint Macaron and Soft Sea Foam for the leaves and a little touch of Sweet Sorbet for the flower.
My base layers are stripy Petal Pink dsp (Abigail Rose) and Very Vanilla embossed using one of the Elegant Eucalyptus 3D embossing folders.
The leaf pieces have been stuck behind, around and in front of the elephant so that he looks like he his poking his head out from behind the undergrowth, The elephant and the front leaf piece have been stuck on using mini dimensionals.
I die cut my sentiment using the smallest banner die (Sending dies) and added a few Petal Pink Elegant Faceted Gems.
