Beautiful Birthday Blooms

After too many weeks of being unable, It felt good to be crafting again today. I fell and broke my elbow which put me out of action but thankfully it’s now mostly healed.

My card today is for the Stamptastic Friends blog hop, the theme is favourite tool and what I missed most was die cutting so my favourite tool is my Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine.

I spent a good hour cutting flowers and greenery in lots of vibrant colours using Simply Zinnia and Painted Lavender dies.

The flower layers were assembled then with a black cardstock background I set about arranging them.

Behind the black layer is a square of Full of Life dsp, I did cut the centre out though as didn’t want to waste a whole sheet.

My sentiment is from Sketched Butterflies and has been cut using a Spotlight on Nature die.

I wonder what the other Stamptastic Friends blog hoppers have created for this challenge. You can check them out by clicking on the links below.

Below you will find product links for all the items used, the links take you to my online Stampin' Up! store and to show my appreciation for your order, if you use the current month's host code, I will send you a thank you card and a small gift.

Thanks for looking,

Katie
