A gorgeous trio of colours have been chosen for this month's blog hop - Pretty Peacock, Lost Lagoon and Berry Burst.
I've used Pretty Peacock as my card base and added texture with Exposed Brick 3d embossing folder. The next layer is a lovely pattern in Lost Lagoon from Poetic Expressions dsp to which I have added some Lost Lagoon ribbon.
My layers have been cut using Deckled Rectangles dies, three different sizes on this card, the dsp, the Berry Burst cardstock and lastly a white layer to stamp on.
I have stamped in Pretty Peacock, using a colour lifter pen to bring some of the stamped ink into the flower buds and leaves. The image is from Detailed Dogwood, it's a 'free with £90 spend' Saleabration set and has a lovely mix of detailed floral and texture stamps. A great set to add to your collection if you find yourself placing an order of that value.
Inside the card I've added another layer of the lovely dsp and a white panel which has been stamped with the large flower from the set in Lost Lagoon (stamped off).
There's not much time left to earn Saleabration rewards, so if you are thinking about ordering, it might be a good idea to get it in before the end of Feb. That way you will earn yourself something free (minimum order value £45 excl. p&p.
I wonder what the other Stamptastic Friends blog hoppers have created for this challenge. You can check them out by clicking on the links below.
Below you will find product links for all the items used, the links take you to my online Stampin' Up! store and to show my appreciation for your order, if you use the current month's host code, I will send you a thank you card and a small gift.
Thanks for looking,
Katie x
