These gnomes are going to be everywhere soon, I predict they will be a favourite from the new July-December catalogue.
I’ve already made a few Christmas cards using this set but thought I’d share a birthday card, it is after all only June!
I love colouring with Stampin' Blends and the gnomes are a good size to colour quite quickly. The colour palette I've chosen matches the coordinating dsp, Pool Party and Bermuda Bay with a hint of red, love it!
My Poppy Parade layer has been embossed using Painted Texture 3D embossing folder, the shapes are (circle) Beautiful Shapes Dies and (tags) Tailor Made Tag Dies. Look at those little toadstools, I just love 'em.
Although I have used tag dies, I didn't actually want tags, rather just the shapes which were the right size. The way they have been added to the card, the tag element is hidden leaving just the lovely stitch detail showing.
My sentiments are from Happiness Abounds and have been fussy cut. The little gems are new, Fine Sparkle Adhesive Backed in Calypso Coral, Pale Papaya, Pacific Point and pool party, so pretty.
