The theme of this month’s Stamptastic Friends blog hop is new or returning colours, I chose to use just one, Bubble Bath, a gorgeous baby pink.
I’ve used a couple of stamp sets for the background, Circle Sayings and Days to Remember and for the die cut elements, Wanted to Say dies.
The first thing I did was tear a piece of scrap card to use as a mask, and with a blending brush, created a band of colour across the middle. Then I stamped a selection of shapes and patterns.
The hearts and parcels are dies in the Wanted to Say set, I cut two sets of parcels and snipped off sections of the top layer to create the ribbon.
Bubble Bath is such a lovely shade of pink, perfect for a baby girl, it also works well with other Subtles colours like, Fresh Freesia, Lost Lagoon or Balmy Blue.
